Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
